Can you bring food into Sounders game?
No glass or metal bottles, cans or outside beverages are permitted in Lumen Field for OL Reign and Sounders FC matches. Fans may bring single serve food into Lumen Field on match days in clear plastic bags only, but no beverages will be allowed (see Bottles and Cans).
Is Lumen field retractable?
The lack of a retractable roof made it open to the elements, provided better views, and reduced the total cost of the project. The roof, at 200,000 sq ft (19,000 m2), covers 70% of the seats but leaves the field open.
What can I bring to Lumen field?
Guests of Lumen Field may carry only the following style and size bag, package, or container into the stadium or when approaching queue lines:
- Clear Bags. Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″.
- Small Clutches/Purses/Wallets.
- Miscellaneous Bags.

The cost of beer at Soldier Field is $8.
Are blankets allowed in football stadiums?
Blankets, which don’t fall under the NFL’s bag policy, are still permitted inside stadiums. The only exception to the new bag rule is for people bringing medically necessary items into the stadium. Each stadium will have a separate entrance where medically necessary items can be inspected.
Can you bring Vapes into Lumen Field?
All guests are prohibited from smoking (including electronic cigarettes, vaporizers or similar products) inside and outside of the stadium at any time.
Can I bring food into Lumen Field?
Outside food in a clear plastic bag or pizza in a pizza box is allowed into Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center (food must be single serving). Outside beverages are not allowed.
Can you walk around Lumen Field?
Tours utilize ramps, elevators, and stairs, and includes 1 mile of walking distance, both inside and outside. Tours can be modified to be 100% wheelchair accessible, but wheelchairs will not be provided.

Permitted Items are not permitted in the stadium. Camera cases are not allowed. Binoculars: Binocular cases are not allowed. Umbrellas are permitted in the stadium provided they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of an event.
