Yes. But from what I’ve heard, Tiki can only have children with MU. This also applies to Anna and Sairi.

Is NOWI a good unit?
Her low level, is actually a good point, because she gain level up more easily. her weapons gave her all the defensive and offensive power she need. She should be paired up with Gregor as a back up in her starting class, to increases this much needed Speed and Skill. She is basically everything Donny dreams to be.
Is Chrom and Sumia canon?
Canon. Chrom and Sumia are both members of the Shepherds. Sumia is first introduced in Chapter 2 when Lissa brings Robin to the Shepherds barracks. When she approaches Chrom she promptly trips, leaving her embarrassed.
