Are the trainers at Planet Fitness good?
They do. They’re not all going to be the same, but my experience with a trainer at my planet fitness was not incredibly helpful. She only had interest in showing me the equipment (I didn’t need that) and proposing a workout plan that, in my opinion was less difficult than I am capable of. Then classes were recommended.
