Are deathwing Knights worth it?
Deathwing Knights are actually a very solid combat unit. They gain a few special rules to give them a decent bonus to their durability and combat potential over a regular Terminator Squad. In addition, it does nothing to combat one of the biggest threats to Terminators- grav weaponry.

The big downside of this is that any Ravenwing units taken from the main Space Marine codex do not gain Jink. This means your Bike Squads and Landspeeders will not gain access to Jink, so will be more vulnerable to enemy fire.
